A. The Center services Eastern Hamilton County; the Center's caseworkers decide how to help each individual on a case-by-case basis. To make an appointment, call 423.238.7777.

If you live in Bradley County, start your search by calling the American Red Cross of Cleveland at 423.472.1595 or the Bradley County Tennessee Department of Human Services at 423.478.0300.
If you live in Hamilton County or in another county, start out by calling 211 or 423.265.8000.
These agencies will be able to refer you to the services that will be able to help you best.

A. The Samaritan Center's office is open Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm. If you need help or services, you may schedule an appointment during these hours by calling 423.238.7777.

A. You have to make an appointment to visit a caseworker at the Samaritan Center. Appointments can be made by calling 423.238.7777.
Q. What do I need to bring to an appointment?
A. When you come for your appointment, make sure to bring the following documentation:
Photo ID
Proof of Residency
All Bills and Expenses
Proof of Income - at least three check stubs
Social Security Cards
Recent Bank Statement
If you're coming in to receive school supply assistance for Stock Their Lockers, make sure to also bring:
Proof of residence in Hamilton County
Your child's Social Security Card
Your child's school supply list
