POINT A: First, donations stop at the drop-off zone, where donors sort them into different bins such as electronics, appliances, linens, clothes, shoes, and the classic miscellaneous. Big items such as furniture are also set aside.

POINT B: Donations are then whisked out of the elements and into our new Donation Area, where the sorting process is continued.

POINT C: Next, donations are wheeled into the Donation Sorting Area where employees and volunteers clean and continue to organize them. At this point, some donations, such as wheelchairs, washing machines, dryers, and refrigerators, are set aside for clients who have shown proof of need.

POINT D: Finally, donations are affordably priced and placed out on our show room floor. When customers (or clients who have received assistance vouchers) check out, the donations head home with them. Money spent on donations helps to fund our programs and services.
