Individual Volunteers

The responsibilities of individual volunteers (ages 17 and up) are varied and fun.

Individual volunteers can make an impact by folding, packing, hanging, cleaning, and arranging a variety of household and food items.

Twice a month, individual volunteers deliver and pick up supplies for the Center within a 25-mile radius using their own vehicles.

Still others come by the Center to pick up items such as puzzles, fabric, and yarn so that they can work on Samaritan Center projects in the comfort of their own homes. For their convenience, the time required for picking up or dropping off these materials is kept to a minimum (10-15 minutes at a time).
