 When you come for your appointment, make sure to bring the following documentation:
- Photo ID
- Proof of Residency
- All Bills and Expenses
- Proof of Income - at least 3 check stubs
- Social Security Cards
- Recent Bank Statement
If you're coming in to receive school supply assistance for Stock Their Lockers, make sure to also bring:
- Proof of residence in Hamilton County
- Your child's Social Security card
- Your child's school supply list
